EVALUATIONS
Only one tryout is required for all players. Before your child takes the field for tryouts, they MUST be registered with Marysville Little League.
All players who attend tryouts will be placed on a team. No players are "cut."
Dress the players warmly and in layers! Tryout numbers will be provided for safety-pinning on the outer layer on their back.
TRYOUT TIP! To help your sweatshirt-wearing player get noticed, be sure to pin their number lower on their back so their hood doesn't cover it!
Reminder: The age groups are based on LEAGUE AGE. You can determine your child's league age by checking the charts below.

- What if my child is injured or too ill to attend tryouts?
- Can Spectators Watch on the field?
- We ask Parents/Guardians/Siblings/Spectators remain in their car if you choose to stay on site.
- How many tryouts should my child attend?
- They must attend one but are welcome to attend two or even all three if they would like more opportunities to show their skills or if they enjoy being on the field.
- What is the format?
- There will be ground ball, fly ball, hitting, baserunning and pitching stations.
